If you need to change your collection date or time, please make sure you either:

Receive an acknowledgement to your message, or

Call us directly.
During busy periods, we may not see messages immediately when they are received, and it can take up to 48β72 hours for messages to be processed.
To avoid any issues with your booking, please ensure you have received confirmation of any requested changes.
