This is your sign to finally update your meeting room. ✨

Like many businesses, this boardroom was always booked but never used well - one person in a room meant for ten, struggling to connect on calls or distractions killing focus. Our focus for this fit out was solving these friction points.

Using acoustic wall panels, we were able to absorb sound and improve focus, choosing a colour that would warm the room. A round boardroom table design encourages inclusivity, while branding was important to reinforce identity in client-facing interactions. We also installed a beautiful floor-to-ceiling reeded glass partition to maximise as much natural light in the area as possible.

Two teams. One small office. How do you accommodate them all? 🤔

With calls ringing on one side and focused work on the other, priorities were clashing. We tackled this with people, space and acoustics in mind, creating a small office fit out that keeps energy high and focus uninterrupted.

Fluted panels, moss-slated artwork and acoustic ceiling tiles absorb sound, reduce distractions and add a calming, biophilic touch. Smart desk layouts and vertical storage keep the space open and organised. They're small changes with a big impact on productivity and team wellbeing.

When a space is constantly in use, it’s easy to assume it’s working well. But high usage doesn’t always equal high impact.

That was the case with our own boardroom - always booked, but not delivering the support our team needed. So, we treated it as a live project, applying the same principles we use for clients and focusing on the people who use it:
