Hello, Ronnie here, I want to show & tell you something.
These things are Redshift Sports Mousestrap pedal adapters. If you ever need to ride your spd pedals with normal shoes- these are what you want. Lift the light grey flap, snap them into your pedals & you can ride your bike easily & comfortably with your everyday shoes. They will then snap out really easily when needed 👍
