I became an Independent Phoenix Trader after a couple of years as a customer because I was so impressed with the product. It was such a beautiful range and at the sorts of prices that made sense. When you have a busy life, you really appreciate having an easy source of birthday cards (especially for males - 5 in my immediate family!) giftwrap and thank you cards at sane prices that you can access

so easily through your Trader. I don't see myself as a sales person and it doesn't seem like a job, it's just great fun and the products are so good they sell themselves.

General information

My website is available for orders at any time of day. The website will let me know when you have placed an order and then I will be in touch to arrange delivery and payment. It adds a postage charge of £1 but if you are in Cheltenham I can deliver your order by hand and will deduct this when we arrange payment. You also get an email which conveniently lists all the items you ordered. If you have any questions or would like to place an order in person, please telephone or email me. The statutory service standards are 30 days, however it is often faster. If there is a product you need urgently, let me know and I will do my very best to get it to you.
