Joy's "Giving the Gift of Time"

Joy's is brand new place in Bulwark where we will be selling gifts, cards and a little bit of everything... PLUS we will also be selling old fashioned traditional sweets! All your favourites are here including Rhubarb and Custard, Winter Mixture, Black & White Humbugs & MORE!! But here at Joy's we are not only going to be "another shop in Bulwark". No, Joy's is going to a place for the elderly peo

ple of our community to come and socialise, have a cuppa and a natter and put their feet up to relax in a comfortable environment. We will also be providing free services which will be undertaken by our dedicated staff, such as ordering repeat prescriptions online (great for those who don't have internet access) and shopping services. We will also be hosting special interest afternoons such as pamper afternoons and craft afternoons... there will be space for 4 people on these afternoons and we will be able to pick you or your family member up and take you back home FREE OF CHARGE. Our aim for these afternoons will be to provide a bit of respite care, allowing people to get out of the house and have a change of scenery. Details of these will be on the page soon. Everyone will be pleased to know that all profits made at Joy's will be going to the Alzheimer's Society so it really is worth coming in and have a look, you'll be pleasantly surprised at what we have to offer and it's all for charity!
