What an incredible season playing Rugby this season 🏉 , you are incredible, we are so proud of you. After breaking your knee twice amongst other breaks the previous season, you came back bigger and stronger and without doubt so much determination and dedication. Trying return to rugby again this year. After only a couple of sessions last year, had to quit due to shin splints. From never wearing rugby boots before, they killed me. I didn’t want that to happen this year and put me off so I bought a new pair boots and with some shock absorbing insoles they were perfect 🎉. I had so much fun, especially hetting to train with my Son I have a lot to learn but It was great funand made a nice change to be taking part instead of be a supporter of my boys 🏉 Thank you for putting these sessions on for free x
