I had to share i finally got my eyebrows done eeeekkkkkkk!! My last appointment was in December and its the one thing i religiously treat myself to and have done for years.

What started off as a product tester has now become a change of life style for me!! Never ever thought this would change me but i feel so much better!!
Just completed a marathon lap with some amazing ladies the past 10 days and can't wait for the next to start -6.6lbs in 10 days and im feeling mentally and physicaly healthier💪thank you Monika Gostić for your support and encouragement🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Jade Evans are you ready💪💪💪💪

💝Happy Sunday.

I hope you all had a lovely christmas day however you spent it. I've seen so mny stories of how families made it work a little differently this year and it goes to show how we can adapt and find new ways to tackle challenging situations🤗

Christmas day consisted of an 8 am start which is late in my house🤣 a sea of wrapping paper and smiling faces😊

What i enjoyed was no pressure, no rush to get out the house or tidy up, no rush to get the dinner on, it was dare i say calm.

We went delivering presants on xmas eve, whih we would normaly do Christmas day and it was actualy a really nice change, one we may stick with in the future.

Boxing day is one of my fave days as normaly with the overwhelm of xmas day not much of a dinner gets ate on xmas day so i find we eat better boxing day but with less stress this year the dinner went down well both days.

Today i feel little odd, im not one who likes to see the decs go away but i feel like I want our space back, christmas although has been lovely with the children, its not felt the same and it's the one thing ive focused on all year.
With a very uncertain start to 2021 i feel i need to prepare myself and put christmas in the past.

Maybe this is the post christmas blues🤣🤣🤣 and if i take the tree down i will instantly regret it🤔

My one focus into 2021 is to complete our extention, covid cant stop this so it'll be good to put my mind into this and looking forward to having a huge dining table and kitchen for Christmas 2021.

How are you going to tackle 2021? Im definitely not having any high expectations for anything and will approach with caution to avoid disappointment 👌

🎄Bitter sweet moment....this was the exact time we received the latest announcement of lockdown in Wales as of midnight last night, how one moment can contain so many mixes of emotions.
I was holding back the stressed, worried tears but the tears of joy from there little faces in this moment flowed. For 10 minutes there ws a glimmer of normal, to them santa wasn't social distancing because they are always wary going too close anyway, i mean they only see the big guy once a year 😊

We may not have made it to grotto and qued for hours but we got the special memories on our doorstep❤

I think for many, like myself all year my focus has been Christmas, we can get through it all if we have a focus and for me and anyone hat knows me, knows Christmas is my fave time of year. The closer we got to Christmas the more hurdles were being thrown at us and the small things became the big things and everything mattered more.

Im trying not to get upset infront of the children but last night it was too much, im angry and worried and its ok. Your allowed to feel any feeling, your allowed to grieve for a year where we have lost out on so much.

But and this is a BIG but, YOUR NOT ALONE!

Wherever you are in the UK we are all in this together. Keep talking, lets work together, support each other however we can.

Christmas is going to be different but the one thing that isn't is the love we have for our family and friends so lets find new ways to show it and spread it.

Christmas is NOT cancelled! Its a little different🎄🎄🎄

So as your waking up today, before anything else, take a moment, have a drink, gather your thoughts and make a plan. My inbox is always open💝

🤯Toddler Tantrums🤯

We are nost definitely hitting the two year old tantrums. I've noticed in the last two weeks Murphy gets very wound up very quickly nd sometimes mixed with a sassy 5 year old things escalate pretty quick🤦‍♀️

Murphy is wanting to be more independent and that mixed with frustration is tough especialy when hes trying to express himself. All i can do is offer love, cuddles and reassurance.

It's really hard when you get the "hes naughty" comments or the looks of despair. Even on child 5 it annoys me but the difference is now it doesn't mke me doubt myself as a parent/mother.
I know my child/children and understand what changes they are going through.

I love how murphy is growing such little character and in the flip side of the tantrums hes the most loving gentle little boy.

Th only thing that does upset me about the tantrums is he kicks, not people but walls, doors hard things and hurts himself🤦‍♀️ ive hd screamers, throw on the floor tantrums and just go silent tantrums from all of mine but not kicking things🤔 any tips would be greatly received, ive tried to distract, cuddle, offer a drink but it adds fuel.
