A very good detailed model . It took acrylic paint very well. I used grey spray primer on the roof followed by an acrylic Vallejo airbrushing. Walls were dry brushed and everything else hand painted with a small brush both with acrylic paint. Final weathering was done using different enamel AK washes and some dry pigments and flock.
Shown in its unfinished position with Hoe track.
I highly recommend this model.

Everest Turned Up

All the glazing now completed, and it’s a bit grubby and grimy, Bert n Arry have taken a fancy to this property, but they owner has given them a very stern NO!!
They have their loft accommodation in the point motor buildings, they should be grateful for this, as its rent free.

I ordered this cottage and an engine shed for a new OO9 micro layout I have started. I am in Australia and the product arrived safely as it was very well packed. The print quality is excellent and I can’t wait until I get to the scenic part of layout construction.

Rhoslyn Cottage, a rough stone cottage was purchased by new resident Ophelia Balls, in a real dilapidated state, situated in the affluent village of Hemingford, it was an eyesore, and a constant source of moans from the locals, being short of money, Ms Balls has just had the frontage rendered and painted in an effort to tidy up the building, for the rest of the building, it is pretty much untouched, she has also purchased some faux climbing roses to add character and to make it blend with the other buildings within the village
Its understood the locals are now a happier bunch, but still unsure about Ms Balls conduct at the pub!!!

Feels a bit cheaty calling these "new" products but I've just added brick variants of our recently released shops and tea rooms, and a stone variant of the narrow gauge engine shed to the website! These variants were requested by customers wanting a somewhat less "northern" look to the village items

I've done a "soft launch" (not sent out an email yet) of the new LNWR Station Building, based heavily on the real thing at Chapel-en-le-Frith in Derbyshire. it's available with or without the extension on one end. Although being LNWR, it does feature similar features to some of our Midland region buildings and in my opionion could easily be paired with some of them!
