"I love my customers" ❤️

Meet Louis, Manager of our Leadenhall Market shop - the real-life Diagon Alley from Harry Potter. We're still waiting on his post owl…

With nearly 45 years of experience, he gives the well-worn shoes of London a new lease on life, and is a dab hand at watches too! He's even got a tattoo dedicated to shoe repair, now that's a proper commitment to the trade.

Over 7,000 nominations - one Colleague of the Year 🎖️

Huge congratulations to Erdal - shop manager in Chelmsford - for winning our Colleague of the Year award, nominated by YOU!

For over 19 years, Erdal's legendary customer service has brought customers from as far as Ipswich and Norwich - a real testament to his welcoming nature and can-do attitude 😊

Everybody just calls him Nobby 👞

Nobby joined Timpson in 1981 and, over 40 years later, he's still making his customers smile every day. Spend a few minutes with "Nobby the Cobbler" and you'll see why customers stop for a chat, why dogs drag their owners in for a treat, and why he's such a familiar face in Taunton 🙌

Great service starts with great people, and Nobby is proof of that ❤️ If you're in the area, why not visit him on North Street in Taunton?

We celebrate Bring Your Dog to Work Day every day at Timpson, and did you know that most of our high street shops are dog-friendly?
