Happy Ostara, friends.

Today is the spring equinox and after the past few days of sunshine, it really does feel like it. Spring is here.

This is why I wanted to create seasonal fragrances. Not only to make your home smell beautiful but to help us honour where we are in the Wheel of the Year. Spring is just about here and I want to smell it!

Long before we understood the science of it, we used fragrance to mark ceremonies, celebrations and seasonal change. There’s something deeply instinctive about scent.

As we step into a new year, I’m taking a moment to pause and to say thank you 🤍

Thank you for being here, for supporting a small, independent business, and for choosing to move a little more thoughtfully.

I love that we seem to be moving away from resolutions, and more towards reflection. About noticing what we’re ready to carry forward… and what we’re happy to leave behind.

For me, that includes comparison and the pressure to keep up, to do more, to measure my pace against someone else’s. I’m choosing to leave behind the noise and the urgency, and welcome more ease, presence and trust in slow, steady progress, as well as a bit more fun! (More mini adventures please!)

Here’s to a year of gentle rituals, grounded moments, and caring for ourselves in ways that feel kind and nourishing.

As Black Friday arrives, I wanted to pop onto your feed to share something important - and a little thank you too.

I’ve decided not to take part in Black Friday this year. As a small independent business, the idea of flash sales and frantic discounts just doesn’t sit comfortably with our values. I’ve always believed that skincare and shopping in general, should be thoughtful. Not driven by pressure or urgency, but by intention. By choosing well, and choosing things that genuinely bring a little joy or nourishment.

For me, it’s never been about consumerism for the sake of it, it’s about creating things with care, in small batches, using natural ingredients and encouraging considered purchases that feel good inside and out.

But I do so appreciate you being here. Your support means more than you know. So as a gentle thank you, I’ll be offering free shipping all weekend, until Sunday evening. No codes, no rush - just automatically added at checkout.

So if you’ve had your eye on something, or you’re planning a cosy gift for someone special, I hope this makes it a little easier.

Botanical Facial Steam, a grounding ritual for skin and soul. This has been available in our shop for a while and has been a bit hit!

Our Botanical Facial Steam brings the traditional steam bowl ritual back to life - a simple, time-honoured method of gently opening the pores and coaxing the skin back to softness, using only hot water, botanicals and breath.

This delicate blend of dried flowers and skin-loving herbs has been thoughtfully chosen to help cleanse, calm and brighten the complexion. As the steam rises, the botanicals release their natural plant compounds, encouraging circulation, softening congestion, and preparing the skin to absorb moisture more effectively. Your skin is left refreshed and radiant, your mind a little lighter.

You don’t need fancy equipment, just a bowl, hot water, and a towel. Slow beauty at its finest.
