We're delighted to introduce a very special new tea to our range, one we have been hoping to secure for some time.

We've managed to obtain a small quantity (just 2kg) direct from the Doke Estate, owned by our good friends, the Lochan family.

This exceptional tea is a Doke Estate First Flush Black Fusion Tea, and is one of the most interesting and delicious new teas we've tasted in quite some time. Entirely hand-crafted, it is produced without the use of any machinery, hand-plucked, naturally withered in the sun, hand-rolled and sun-dried, resulting in a tea of remarkable character and quality.

☕️ Coffee of the Month: Indian Tiger Stripe Espresso Blend

The reason for the name Tiger Stripe is because of the thick banded crema produced when the coffee is extracted on an espresso machine. During the cupping, the comment was jokingly made that the crema resembled the stripes of a tiger, and the name stuck.

We sell over five tonnes of this excellent quality, beautifully flavoured coffee each year and have many, many satisfied repeat customers.
