We’re giving away a BRAND NEW Nintendo Switch 2 Pokopia Edition! Simply purchase ANYTHING in store between Saturday 9am and Monday 5pm. 🛍️ Your receipt is your entry! 🎟️

COSPLAY COMPETITION! 🧝‍♀️🏆
Come in cosplay and have your photograph taken by our professional photographer to enter our cosplay competition, which will be split into two categories; Adults and Kids. 📸✨ Adults can win £250 store credit, and there’s £150 up for grabs in the kids category! 💷🥇 Not only that, but you can enter more than once by turning up in different costume each day! 🦹‍♂️ The winners will be voted for by our team! 🙌

GOODY BAGS 🛍️🎈
We’ll have a number of goody bags available for kids that turn up in cosplay! These will be completely free, while stocks last!

FACE PAINTING 🎨🖌️
We’ll have a professional face painter on site and face painting will be entirely free of charge!

BRIAN BLESSED is coming to Chesterfield!

Brian Blessed famously played Prince Vultan in the hugely successfully movie, Flash Gorgon. He's also well known for acting and voice acting a number of characters across a range of franchises, including Star Wars.

Our BIG BANK HOLIDAY weekend welcomes three guests; Chris Barrie (Saturday), Annette Badland (Sunday) and Brian Blessed (Monday). Just pop in to our Chesterfield store any time during the day!

We'll also be welcoming cosplayers and running a big giveaway!

All 3 guests will also be available to meet over at our friends' stores, Critical Hit Derby and Nottingham on alternating days. Check their Facebook posts for more information!

Annette Badland is a prolific English character actress, well known for Ted Lasso, Eastenders, Midsomer Murders, Doctor Who, Outlander and Bergerac. Annette also appeared in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Jabberwocky.

Our BIG BANK HOLIDAY weekend welcomes three guests; Chris Barrie (Saturday), Annette Badland (Sunday) and Brian Blessed (Monday). Just pop in to our Chesterfield store any time during the day!

Get ready, Chesterfield—we’ve been working on something special behind the scenes! We’ve teamed up with our friends and allies over at Critical Hit to bring you an epic, three-day BIG BANK HOLIDAY Mini-Con weekend from August 29th – 31st across three stores!

We'll be hosting giveaways, welcoming cosplay, and of course our celebrity guests will be available for signings, meet-and-greets, and photographs on the days (for a small fee, as determined by the guest).

The Guests:

Brian Blessed - A man that needs no introduction, most well known for his role as Prince Vultan in Flash Gordon.

Chris Barrie - Best known for his iconic role as Arnold Rimmer in Red Dwarf, but has been involved in a number of TV shows, movies and video games.

Annette Badland - Most recently known for her role as Mae Green, the sharp-tongued owner of the pub in Ted Lasso. Also starred in Bergerac, Midsomer Murders, Eastenders, and Doctor Who!
