🚨 BIG GATECRASH UPDATE! 🚨

We've been working away behind the scenes and there's a lot happening that we can finally tell you about!

✅ Half of our brand new serving counters were delivered today and will be fitted tomorrow.

✅ BINDER DELIVERY ARRIVING FRIDAY! (WE HOPE!)

✅ We're creating a completely separate custom binder department to increase both speed and quality for all your personalised orders.

✅ A brand new product range will be announced very soon...

⭐ WE ARE NOW OFFICIALLY A POKÉMON PLAY STORE! ⭐

This is something we've been working towards for a long time and we're incredibly proud to finally share it with you all.

What does this mean?

For those who don't know, becoming an official Pokémon Play Store is a huge milestone. It allows us to run official Pokémon events, host Prerelease tournaments, grow our community, and gives us access to opportunities and products that simply weren't available before.

Over the next couple of weeks we'll be putting together the structure, dates, times and everything else needed to get things running smoothly.

As many of you already know, our vision has always been simple: create a community that is welcoming, comfortable, calm and fun for everyone. While Pokémon is a huge part of what we do, GATECRASH has always been about bringing people together through hobbies, collecting and gaming as a whole.

Whether you're hunting for your next Pokémon card, browsing our Funko range, picking up a new binder, finding the perfect gift, or simply popping in for a chat, we want GATECRASH to be a place where everyone feels welcome and part of the community.

This is a massive step forward for GATECRASH and one that opens the door to so many exciting possibilities for the future.

Thank you to every single person who has supported us, visited the store, left a review, attended an event or simply told a friend about us. You've helped make this happen.

🎉 WEEKLY UPDATE FROM GATECRASH! 🎉

What a week it's been!

The good stuff first...

✅ A constant flow of absolutely brilliant cards hitting the shelves.
✅ We've met loads of new faces and welcomed plenty of first-time visitors through the door.
✅ We crowned the winner of our £500 PSA 10 Cynthia's Garchomp competition!
✅ We gave away over £300 worth of supplies, prizes, gifts and goodies.
✅ Our brand-new custom binder service officially launched and the response has been amazing.

Now for the not-so-good...

❌ We had a group take over 100 cards out of binders, decide they didn't want them, and leave them scattered across the tables. Please remember that every card has to be put back in the correct place by hand.
❌ 3 Pokéballs were damaged.
❌ Unfortunately, we also experienced a theft this week.

Running a shop isn't always sunshine and Pikachus, but despite the challenges it's been one hell of a week.

The biggest thank you goes to every single person who has walked through our doors, bought something, had a chat, traded cards, joined an event, or simply supported what we're trying to build.

At the risk of earning myself a few bad reviews, I'd genuinely love your feedback. We are still learning, still improving, and every bit of constructive feedback helps us make Gatecrash better.
