📣 Friday 18th September closure notice

Our farm, café and shop will be closed on Friday 18th September 2026. Please do not travel to the farm, as the site will not be open to visitors.

We’ll be back open as normal on Saturday and Sunday, 10am–3pm.

Behind the scenes with our small but mighty team 💪

🎟️ You guys exceeded our nerves and expectations, selling out a few days before the weekend!!! Thank you 🥹

🔨We built as much as we could and kept everything as personal as possible to give you guys a unique and special set of evenings on the farm.

🌅 We want to thank our brilliant local suppliers for their super efficient deliveries, food vendors for their trust and our musicians and Dj for keeping the vibes high. Team OBG plus our amazing volunteer crew - you smashed it!

Showcasing a lunch full of truly local produce. Our own rainbow trout, hot smoked and turned into a delicious pate by John. Served alongside OBG pickled cucumber, seasonal leaf and locally sourced toasted Sourdough.

Who else breathed a big sigh of relief at the rain today? ☔️ Soggy alpacas are a big vibe but don’t worry, their fleece keeps them dry underneath.

Whilst we’ve all been enjoying the reliable, hot, dry weather (unheard of British summer!) the farms and animals have found it hard. So today was VERY welcome 🌧️

Pop up event on Sunday 23rd August! 6-7pm.

📿Come and join the brilliant Florence✨Sound Therapy & Sound Bath| Portsmouth for a sound bath to celebrate the Summer. Bring a mat, water, be as comfortable as possible and let Florence take you on a journey of soundscapes and deep rest using instruments and Tibetan Singing Bowls.

An experienced sound practitioner, we are thrilled to welcome Florence back to the farm. The session will take place under our big marquee in the alpaca paddock, with Team OBG on alpaca management so you can relax ☺️

☀️ IMPORTANT OUTDOOR THEATRE UPDATE ☀️

Due to the forecast high temperatures on Thursday 13 August, we have made some changes to our Outdoor Family Theatre performances to protect the safety and comfort of our guests, performers and team.

The 2pm performance has been cancelled, and we will now run one earlier performance:

🎭 Audience arrival from 10:15am
🎭 Performance starts promptly at 10:30am
🎭 Expected finish at approximately 11:15am

All ticket holders have been emailed with full details. If you booked the 2pm performance, you can transfer your tickets to the earlier show or request a full refund.

Please check your inbox and junk folder and reply as soon as possible with your preferred option. If you have not received an email, please contact us at [email protected].

We are sorry for the disruption, but with this being an outdoor family event, everyone’s safety must come first. Thank you for your understanding and support. 💛
