We’re super lucky not to have been affected hugely by the PM announcement this afternoon but we would like to update all customers on what we are doing to keep you safe

* All material drop off must be a non contact delivery - whether that be in person (to Julie in Chichester) or via Royal Mail / courier

* All material will be placed in a 72 hour quarantine before we use it

* All made bears will be packaged and then placed in a 72 hour quarantine before posting or returning

This is meaning that all orders will take slightly longer than usual to complete. Please don’t hesitate to get in contact if have need your bears by a certain date - especially for Christmas as the Christmas orders are staring to come in and we don’t want to leave anyone disappointed!

Hurray! We’re back in bear business!

Please note there will be a delay in our usual 7 day turnaround - We are asking that all material be posted to us. We will leave your material in a safe place for 72 hours before using it and the bear will be packaged and left for 72 hours before posting to ensure they are as safe as they can be on arrival to you

Message in response to Coronavirus guidelines (sorry!) - It is believed that Corvid-19 can live on clothes and material for an average of 9 hours.
It is killed at temperatures exceeding 24 degrees C. Therefore we ask that you wash all materials at least 30 degrees before sending.

Sorry for delay in responding to any messages.

Gemma (Plymouth based) has had her new baby and Julie (Chichester based) is down lending a hand!

Normal service will resume this week but all bears will be made by Julie in Chichester

This means that you will post material to Julie in order for bears to be created for the next 6 months.

We will be still be a available for consultations and more than happy to answer any questions
