💙 💛 Calling all makers...

💙 💛 It goes without saying that we are all feeling helpless about the truly desperate events unfolding in Ukraine. We call upon our friends and makers to help us raise funds for the the British Red Cross Society - DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

Whether you are a stitcher, a jeweller, a potter, a printmaker. A turner, a carver, a painter, a dabbler. WHATEVER your craft join us and get involved in a Maker's Silent Auction.

We Clothkittens will be beavering away making for the event, but would love it if you would get involved too. Can you donate items that you've created to be auctioned off here on Facebook? Big or small we'd love to see your unique one off items added to the sale. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the charity.

MAKERS - Please email us at [email protected] with the following details:
- a really clear picture of the item that you'd like to donate to the auction
- a description - please include the dimensions and materials of your piece
- an optional minimum auction starting price
- whether the item will be available to be sent directly to the winner, or collected from Clothkits.

Please make sure that we receive your photo entry by Sunday 20th March to so that we can upload to our auction album and get promoting.

SUPPORTERS - We will list all the items in an album ready for bidding to open - details will be posted on this page to follow.

The auction will end at 10pm on Sunday 27th March. At the end of the auction the highest bid wins, and payments can be made through our JustGiving page. All items will need to be posted directly to the winning bidder once payment has been confirmed.
Items that are tricky to post may alternatively be delivered to Clothkits for collection by arrangement.
