What an amazing day on Saturday, my daughter Sophie married Tim.

So special to be able to make all the arrangements, with help from my family and friends, and all the fliwers home grown apart from a few roses bought in.

Such a happy family occasion and a fabulous party.

When you are getting married in France, but want to take flowers with you, then dried arrangements are a great solution.

The lovely Heather, who has been coming to make Christmas wreaths with me for years, asked if I could make a bouquet for her to take, with matching buttonhole, and hair combs.

When it's peony season you have to enjoy the flowers to the max, and Charlotte's bouquet certainly did, a lovely classic combination of early summer flowers.

The bridesmaids bouquets to complement and buttonholes to match.

The poppy arrangement was a lovely idea from Nick to give Charlotte a bunch of flowers for her room on the morning of her wedding, a real romantic touch.
