🌟 Spruced up this kitchen with some Harvey Maria magic, complete with F48 high-temperature adhesive and Stopgap 1200 smoothing compound.

Our client's all smiles, and we're loving every bit of it! 😊💫

🤩BAD FLOOR GONE GOOD! 🤩

ALWAYS REMEMBER, PREPARATION IS KEY!

This floor was laid just 18 months ago, posing a host of issues. We were asked to investigate the original project, because the flooring had failed.

The process we used to resolve the issues involved lifting the click LVT system, which also involved removing the vinyl that was laid over it. Then, a compound was applied to smooth out the surface, followed by removing the vinyl tiles to expose the original concrete. Care was taken throughout this process. Afterward, a smooth compound of Stopgap 1200 was applied, followed by a DPM of F77 to control moisture in the slab. Finally, another coat of 1200 was applied to prepare for laying a new Karndean Van Gogh floor.

Very happy and relieved customer!

🤩UNDERFLOOR HEATING & KARNDEAN FIT🤩

Whole downstairs hallway, kitchen, lounge and summer room fit with with Underfloor Heating.

Basecoat put down and the underfloor heating system added, then a top coat over the whole areas ready to lay the new floor.

We used Karndean KP95 Rosewood Washed Oak to finish.

Really great job for these lovely clients!
