It’s not long until The Paper Panda & Friends Emporium opens and I’m looking forward to sharing my latest Dried Flower offerings in the group & seeing what the other artists have for sale!

It’s very easy to join, I’ll pop the link in the comments below, but here’s how it works:

The Emporium opens at 9am on Friday 25th September, and runs until 9pm on Monday 28th. All our lovely sellers will be listing several items every day, and they are release periodically while the emporium is open. All purchases are dealt with by the individual seller – to make a purchase you just need to comment “Me Please”, or “I would like this” or “I NEED IT NOW” - whatever works for you!

The seller will then reply to your comment to confirm, and to provide payment details, or request your email for Paypal etc. You make payment, the seller mails out your order, and you sit back and admire your handmade items.

Do you have someone special to buy a gift for?

I always love buying hand made products to gift to my family & friends, how about you?
I think it’s a great way to support small businesses and choose something special and unique that they wouldn’t buy themselves.

I’ve recently been creating some shadow box frames using flowers that I’ve dried from a special occasion, or just dried flowers from my garden that colour coordinate to make a piece of art that will suit the person it is being bought for.

Dried flower posies are also popular gifts , sometimes as an extra to go with a vase they have bought.

I’ll be selling many of my dried flower products at the wonderful Paper Panda & Friends Emporium next weekend ( 25-28 Sept) in their online market place, here on facebook. Do join the group before the market starts so you’ll be ready to see all the products by the other makers as they come up for sale.

As well as planting in the garden this week, I’ve been focusing on what dried flower products to make for upcoming markets & events this autumn.

The drying line in my studio has had a steady stream of hanging bunches throughout the summer, each of which will be carefully stored away and used in creating or in my workshops for attendees to use. Flowers always vary each year, so making the contents of my products different & exciting each year!

In the heat of this summer, the flowers were drying in about a fortnight. Ive also been drying poppy seed heads & grasses that I’ve foraged throughout the year, to add another interesting texture to wreaths and posies. This all adds up to make my pieces individual & unique, as I can never recreate another piece exactly the same as the last one!

I think this is why people buy handmade products; each piece has a story of its own, made with love & care in my Wiltshire studio.

Hello everyone,

I thought I'd remind you all about the products I create using my dried flowers ( most of which I dry myself!).
I love giving my flowers another use as decor for your home that will last a lot longer & give a totally different vibe to fresh flowers.

I'm going to making a few different designs for the autumn/winter season, including tiny posies in a 'matchbox'! These are so cute & make a perfect little gift, just to say 'thinking of you'
I'll share some photos soon, once I've put my stamp on the boxes.

I'll be selling these, plus a few other pieces through the fab online market

This is the 2nd time I've taken part in this event & the whole community are really supportive & friendly. It's also helped more people become aware of my small business, which I'm grateful for.

Tracey grows and creates the most beautiful flowers, with fresh seasonal bouquets alongside her lovely dried flower creations too.

Her stall is always such a calm and pretty one to stop at, full of flowers, plants, posies, wreaths and thoughtful little touches for the home and garden.

Tracey grows many of her own blooms before turning them into bouquets and keepsake dried flower pieces… and you can really see the love and care that goes into everything she makes.

Everyone is welcome to this event on Tuesday. There are some wonderful stalls to browse some top quality products and services. There are also some amazing raffle prizes to be won which have been donated by each stall holder. Bring a friend or two!

The Melksham Makers’ Market is all set up and ready for you…and it’s already looking lovely down here ⭐

We’ve got LOADS of marvellous makers with us today, so there’s plenty to see…from handmade gifts and jewellery to flowers, treats and lots of things you didn’t know you needed until you spot them!

If you fancy a wander, a catch up, and a little mooch round some amazing local stalls, we’d love to see you.

It’s nearly time!

The Paper Panda & Friends Emporium opens in two days. Eek!

It’s so easy to join in. Here’s how it works.

1. Join the group ‘Paper Panda and Friends Emporium’. You can search for it in the groups section or follow the link in the comments.

2. Tomorrow at 9pm (Thursday) watch the lovely Lou do a live grand unboxing of goodies from some of the makers to whet your appetite. There will also be chance to win big. Yay!

3. Friday at 9am, grab a cuppa, go to the group and watch the feed as the listings go live throughout the day. Repeat until Monday 9pm. If you fancy something you see claim it by saying ‘mine’ or ‘yes please’ in the comments. Be quick as many items are one of a kind and the Enporium is run on a first come first served basis. Payment details will be in each listing along with all the other information.
