Kimmy’s pride ourselves in making perfectly handcrafted items for all occasions. Even though our products are mainly for weddings all of our designs can be changed to suit birthdays, Christmas, anniversary's etc.
We offer a wide range of bespoke personalised products which can all be changed to suit colour themes. Whether your order is one bridal hanger or 25 complete bridal boxes the same care and attention to detail goes in every product we produce!
All orders are taken through our safe and secure website, which has 3 different payment methods for customers to choice from.
Due to our products being personalised we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges. At the time of ordering please ensure that you have double checked all details including spellings are correct. Once the item has been complete there will be a charge to change anything that is incorrect. We post all over the U.K and have just included some international shipping on our website or we do offer a collection service if you are local to us. We post everything out 2nd class unless you have used ‘rush my order policy’ and then first class postage will be charged. All our products are sent out ‘signed for’ this is for piece of mind that your items will be secure through transit. If in the unlikelihood that a product arrives damaged, if we are notified within 24hours a free replacement will be sent out to rectify the damages. If you report a damage after the 24hour period, the item will still be replaced free of charge however there will be a postal charge.
