🎉 A big congratulations to Megan! 🎉

We're delighted to share that Megan has officially passed her apprenticeship! 👏💚

Over the course of her apprenticeship, Megan has developed a fantastic range of skills and has become an important part of the Cool Ventures team. Now, she's taken the next step in her journey and has been settling into her new role as our Marketing & Administration Executive.

It's been brilliant to see her grow in confidence, take on new responsibilities and become such a valued member of the team.

Well done, Megan – we're so proud of everything you've achieved so far, and we can't wait to see what comes next! 🚀💚
