WINTER OFFER

The sad time has come to put our carbon beauties into hibernation, but as we bring out the winter steeds are we all sure that our riding position is optimal and will enable you to train and ride in comfort and injury free.
Through November and December I will be offering a full position assessment and adjustment plus a free winter bike service.

Friday maintenance.
Customer came to me for a bike fit, as we came to alter the seat height, it became apparent the seat post was stuck solid in the frame.
After many hours and some touch and go moments I managed to remove the post from the frame.
Never neglect your seat post as part of your routine maintenance, the consequence could cost you your expensive carbon frame.

Always give your chain the attention it deserves. This came in today making a clicking noise when riding. Fortunately caught it in time.
This could have caused expensive damage to the frame or worse still an accident.
Check your chain.....they don't last forever!!
