Every booking includes 2 FREE adult tickets. There’s no need to pre-book your free adult tickets— simply collect them from the ticket booth on site. Additional adults are £5 each.

Time slots are limited and all tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable, so please double-check your chosen date and time before booking.

🎟️ Quick ticket price clarification

Our Elf Experience tickets have been advertised as from £22, with prices intended to increase by £2–£3 each weekend as we get closer to Christmas.

Unfortunately, a booking system error meant all dates initially went on sale at the lowest £22 price.

All tickets already purchased at this price will be honoured, but the system has now been corrected to show the intended price for each weekend.

We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

Every Elf Forest booking includes 2 adult tickets completely FREE of charge per booking.
Your 2 free adult tickets do not need to be booked online and can simply be collected on the day at the ticket booth when you arrive at Elf Forest and exchange your QR codes for wristbands.

👨‍👩‍👧 Need more adult tickets?
Additional adult tickets are £5 each and can be added when booking online or purchased on the day.

🌲 Elf Forest Experience Ticket – ages 3–11
A 90-minute Christmas experience packed with hands-on festive activities, elf training, prizes from the elves, and a visit to see Santa with a special gift.

👶 Baby Walkthrough Ticket– under 3s
Follow the same magical forest pathway as the rest of the family, with sensory and activity boards, plus toddler play areas along the way and a visit to see Santa with a special gift. (This ticket does not include the elf activity huts.)

🎟️ 2 FREE adult tickets are included with every booking.
These are collected on the day when you exchange your booking QR code for wristbands. Additional adults are £5 each and can be booked online or paid for on the day.
