Alfresco Chapel Season Open Day - Hot Wing Challenge

We do the hot wing challenge every year and every year we get hotter. This year we used a range of and to see who can handle the heat 🔥.

Just as we got to the last round, the heavens opened and there was a massive downpour of hailstones so we crowned everyone remaining as a winner.

Next year we go hotter.......🔥🔥...

What a day!

We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along to the Alfresco Chapel Season Open Day.

It was amazing to see so many people enjoying the day, and your support truly means a lot to us. Whether you stopped by for a browse, made a purchase, or simply came to enjoy the atmosphere, you helped make the day really special.

1415 Asado x Alfresco Chapel

Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket to the Argentinian Asado Live Fire Experience, despite the proper northern wet weather, it was a really good event.

Matías showed us everything from Choripan to Vacio cooked over the embers. Everything in-between such as the Provoleta and short ribs were a hit with everyone.

When the weather is that bad but the food is THAT good, you forget how bad the northern weather is 😂. Throughout the day Matías had to improvise by putting butchers paper over the meat due to the rain, he also had maintain the fires in the downpour and strong wings. Now that was impressive.

Thank you to Matías for coming up and putting on an mega experience for all who bought tickets.

What a weekend 🔥.
