It looks like there are more EU based shipping issues coming into force on August 12th, related to the requirements for an EU based representative in every single member state you ship to in order to comply with new packaging and recycling rules.
With automatic parcel rejection and/or fines occurring, we'll be disabling EU based shipping options as soon as we're back in the unit on Monday. In the meantime, any EU based orders which are received before that point will be cancelled and refunded.

This weekend you'll find us at Redhill College in Ampthill for the Summer Wool Festival.
With traders filling every available space, there's plenty to discover.
You'll find us in the (air conditioned) Connolly Hall - just look up to spot the Blotz banner.
Doors are open 10 to 4 each day.

We're at Wolverhampton Racecourse this weekend for the highly anticipated .

It's baking outside but the grandstand buildings are nice and cool.

Not long until the doors open for day 1 of the Cumbrian Wool Gathering here at the (M6) J36 Auction Centre.
It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day up here, so pop along if you're in the area.

Just when we thought shipping goods to our EU-based customers couldn't get any more interesting...

From July 1st 2026, the EU are implementing a new "temporary" customs charge for goods imported from non-EU countries.
It applies to all B2C (Business to Consumer) sales where the total consignment value is 150 Euros or less.
There will be a flat customs duty of 3 Euro per line (i.e. per separate HS code) on the customs invoice.

We are working to identify how to implement this on our website, so we may need to halt EU-based sales for a bit until we can find a workable solution.

The charge will remain in place until 1st July 2028 when a full reform of EU-Customs rules will come into play.

We are proud to announce that we are now acting as the UK distributors for Unicorn, and will be stocking Power Scour, Fibre Wash, Fibre Rinse and Silk Milk.

One thing to note is that, unlike the previous UK distributor, we will not be repackaging the product into 100ml / 500ml bottles so it will sold in the original USA sizes of 118ml (4 fl oz (US)), 473ml (16 fl oz (US)) and 3785 ml (1 US Gallon / 128 fl oz (US)). Consequently our retail prices have been adjusted to reflect that.
