I also thought it was a great time for me to talk about my branding and why I’ve chosen the things that I have to go into each parcel.

Everyone who knows me, knows that my favourite colour is purple, so it just had to be incorporated into my business didn’t it 😜

The purple theme runs through everything from my tissue paper to business cards, organza bags, care guides, even down to the tape that I use and think it works pretty well, don’t you?
I also wanted it so that when people opened the parcel, they would instantly know it’s from me.

Those that have received orders from me in the past, have always said it’s like opening a special gift to themselves and that is totally the vibe that I wanted.

You’re paying for a product & service and you should be receiving the best. It’s why I also include a small free gift, an inspirational card and also a fun mystical sticker that you can use to decorate what ever you wish.

I even designed my own logo, on Canva with help as I’m not that good lol & swapped a few bits around to make it more me & have to say I love it. It’s not changed in the 4 years, apart from the addition of my name.

Good morning beautiful souls 🫶🏻

Today I’m sharing a little back story of how Crystal Moon Bex came about. I thought this would be nice as we have quite a few new followers. Bear with as it will be long 🙈

So a little about me first, as many know I’m a qualified Veterinary Nurse and have also worked in a school with disabled children, amongst other things over the years such as floristry, local newspaper and so on, but I’m unable to physically work anymore due to my chronic health issues. I decided to go down the route of various MLMs so that I still had some sort of purpose, as I could work it around those tougher days, but they just weren’t the right fit for me.

I’ve always had a passion for crystals, I remember as a young teen visiting various amazing little shops in London and buying crystals, oils, incense and so on & always was drawn to anything Native American too.

A close friend of mine (she’s married to one of my hubbys friends, yes Nicky I mean you 😜) knew how much I loved crystals as she does too & she actually gave me the push to explore things further.

So off I went looking into the whole mining of the various crystals, now that is a minefield on its own as you just don’t realise how many unsafe practices there are out there, how many people can be mistreated and work in absolutely awful conditions for literal pennies.
This became a very important aspect for me and I wanted to find wholesale companies who I could confirm were using ethically sourced crystals. This was done by lots of questioning, photos, videos and so on of their practices & also by trial and error with some wholesalers, a costly mistake.
I literally had one big order arrive & when I tell you the crystals actually felt off and sad when I unpacked them, I’m not joking, the energy they emitted just wasn’t for me.
Lots of cleansing & raising their vibrations before I would let them leave me & I never returned to that business again.

This was all just over 4 years ago & I’ve learnt so much over the time & have found some amazing wholesalers that I’ve built friendships with & we have evolved so much over the years & I am truly so proud of our progress.

This year saw us step up another notch and finally launch the website, which in turn meant a name change due to the domain already being taken, but I’m loving the change & it feels even more personal to me now.

Here’s a few pictures of how me showcasing the crystals has changed over the years, I think it’s safe to say, things are definitely much better now. What do you think?

I’m actually wanting to get some feedback from you today if possible please?

Now you may have seen that I’ve been changing the videos that I’ve been doing lately and actually using voiceovers and explaining a little more about the minerals make up, where it can be found, how it gets the colour, as well as it’s uses for those (like myself) who believe & use crystals in healing.

So what I would like to know is, are you enjoying the videos this way? Do you like where I’m grouping several pieces of the same mineral together in the one video, or do you prefer to see them each individually?

Are you enjoying the voiceovers, do they give you enough information or is it too much or too boring?

Honestly I really would love your feedback, so I can provide the right things going forward.

Tonight sees another wonderful Full Moon, this one traditionally being known as the Buck Moon, given that name because it marks the time of year when young male deer begin to regrow their velvet covered antlers. Sometimes it’s named the Thunder Moon or Hay Moon.

So what should you do on a full moon ?

💜CLEANSE
Rinse in cool water, smudge with sage or sound, or place in moonlight to clear any stored energies.

💜CHARGE
Place your crystals outside or on al windowsill where they can bathe in the full moonlight overnight.
(Cleansing & Charging can be done together)

💜SET INTENTIONS
Hold your crystal and set a clear intention. Focus on what you want to release or invite into your life.

💜MEDITATE
Meditate with your crystal to connect with the moon's energy and gain clarity and insight.

💜CREATE A RITUAL
Build an altar, light a candle, journal, dance, or chant, do what feels good and sacred to you. Close your ritual by expressing gratitude to the moon and your crystals.

Trust your intuition, you are magic & you are the power!

Today I’m sharing some beautiful pieces of Chocolate Calcite, there is a voiceover on there explaining a little about the mineral, where it can be found & how to look after it.

This is one of those minerals that I could just look at for ages, all the patterns, swirls & textures are just amazing!
