Wednesday 16th September

✨ALL CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE A RESERVATION HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN CONTACTED✨

📦 Collections will start from 8:30am — we will be open at this time for collections only. Shop will officially be open at 9:30 as normal

🪪 Please bring valid ID with your name on it when collecting. Someone else can only collect for you if this has been agreed with us beforehand.

⏰ FINAL COLLECTION DATE: Saturday 19th September
Due to limited storage, uncollected reservations cannot be held after this date.

⚠️ We are currently waiting for the Sylveon EX boxes to arrive. All affected customers have been messaged directly. Please bear with us while we wait for them to arrive.

💙 PLEASE REMEMBER:
We understand how frustrating it is when you miss out on Pokémon stock. We only receive a set allocation and cannot order more— if we could, we would!

Our reservation system helps us avoid queues, disappointment for people who cannot make it to the shop and scalping. This is what currently works best for our shop.

🙏 Please be kind to our staff. Abuse or disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in a sale being refused.
