Bobby Graham was paid £7 and 10 shillings as a one-off fee to play drums on each of the recordings of The Kinks' You Really Got me and All Day And All Of The Night, Tom Jones' It's Not Unusual, Nashville Teens' To***co Road, The Pretty Things' Rosalyn and Midnight to Six Man, Dusty's You Don't Have to Say You Love me. And Here Comes the Night, Gloria, Baby Please Don't Go (Them), Make it Easy on Yourself (The Walker Bros), We Gotta Get Out of This Place (The Animals), Dave Berry's Little Things.

He was responsible for creating the Dave Clark driving beat and was the drummer on all of their early big hits.

It wasn’t until the early 2000s shortly before his death that he gained recognition and started to see royalties coming through.
