Sometimes we do or take part in things to please other people even when it negatively impacts our wellbeing. It is absolutely ok to set boundaries when it comes to managing your grief.

- Give yourself permission to not do things. You don’t have to participate, if you are struggling.
- Being open about your feelings will help others understand
- Cut down on social events if you are finding them hard
- Bow out of family gatherings if you find them difficult
- Let friends know that you might not reply right away to messages
- Be protective of your free time and self-care activities
- Look at your obligations. Is there anything you can say no to?
- Be comfortable with saying ‘no’ to things. It’s ok to say no.
- Take days off work when you are finding things really hard
- Remember that having boundaries doesn’t mean that you aren’t a kind and lovely person
- Boundaries don’t have to be forever

Thank you to The Lions, who recently donated an amazing £250 to us. We are so grateful for the continued support we get from our community. 🌟

Is there anyone in the community who can make some scrunchies for the shop? Free of charge Please.
We like to provide the children with everything they need for school if we can. We are struggling with the scrunchies at the minute, as we usually make them from uniform that cannot be worn. We have been extremely busy so this has not been happening. Thank you in advance. We can give you the material we currently have aside. 🤩
