Today’s wellness workshop was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, with everyone getting creative and taking home some beautiful handmade wellness treats.

Our morning included:
Creating beautiful wellness bunches for the bathroom using freshly cut eucalyptus and freshly harvested lavender
Making handmade smudge sticks with rosemary, sage, thyme, eucalyptus, lavender, mint and marjoram
Preparing bay leaves in cones for traditional burning bay leaf rituals
Enjoying homemade lavender tea, lemon tea and peppermint tea, Treating ourselves to delicious homemade lavender and lemon cake — so popular that some guests even took a second piece home! Yum! 😊
Filling beautiful organza bags with leftover herbs and wellness goodies to enjoy at home

It was a lovely morning of relaxation, creativity, delicious treats and connecting with nature.
