Unfortunately, we have made the decision to CANCEL tomorrow’s Kids Club – Learn to Sew a Little Bag session (Saturday 8th August).
We’re really sorry for any disappointment, especially to the children who were looking forward to coming along and learning to sew. 💕🪡
We will hopefully rearrange the sewing session for another date, and we’ll post an update as soon as we have one confirmed.

💷 Adults: £45 (includes Craft Show entry ticket + return coach travel)

Kids Club – Learn to Sew a Little Bag 🧵

Saturday 8th August 1.30pm till 3pm

To ensure the safety of all the children while using the sewing machines, this session must be booked in advance.

For health and safety reasons, we have limited the class to just 8 children so our team can provide each child with the support and supervision they need while learning to sew.

✨ We only have 5 spaces remaining!

The last day to book is Thursday 6th August.

Booking in advance allows us to: 🪡 Set up enough sewing machines for everyone. 🧵 Prepare all the materials needed. 👩‍🏫 Ensure our staff can safely support each child throughout the session.

A huge thank you to all the wonderful children and their parents who joined us today at Copeland Fabric & Wool. 💖

We had an amazing afternoon full of messy play, glitter, paint, creativity, smiles and lots of laughter! 🎨✨ As you can see, we definitely embraced the mess... and we loved every minute of it! 😄

It's always lovely to see children using their imagination, making new friends and proudly showing off their creations. Thank you for trusting us with your little ones and making today's session so special.

We can't wait to see everyone again next week for another fun-filled Kids Club session!

Would you like to volunteer to make items like this for our hospitals?
These small hearts are given to patients and families. A small token which means so much. Sewn, knitted or crocheted they have meant so much to families especially at the end of their loved ones life.

We also make and donate
pump bags
Blankets all sizes from babies to adult.
Fiddle mats
Kit bags for baby clothes
Bonding sqares or bonding hearts
Baby cardigans

We are always looking for people to help. So if you would like to help us help others either with donations of wool or fabrics feel free to contact us on line.

🌈 25th July – Messy Play & Crafting
Get creative with paint, glue, crafts and lots of messy fun!

🧶 1st August – Learn to Knit
Our wonderful Knit & Natter group will be helping children one-to-one, passing on the traditional skill of knitting and helping to keep this amazing craft alive.

👜 8th August – Learn to Sew a Little Bag
Children will learn:
✂️ How to thread a needle
🪡 Basic hand sewing stitches
🧵 How to sew fabric together
🎀 Simple embellishing techniques
💙 Confidence, patience and new sewing skills to take home!

Suitable for beginners, with all materials provided.

Spaces are limited, so booking is recommended.

We can't wait to see all our young crafters for an afternoon of creativity, fun and making new friends! 🥰🎨🧶
