Well, I've reached a really special stage in my Celtic Shamanic Practitioner training, and I'm looking for a few of you lovelies who feel called to volunteer for a Soul Retrieval session.

People often ask what Soul Retrieval actually is. The simplest way I can describe it is this...
Sometimes life throws us experiences that shake us to our core. Grief, trauma, heartbreak, illness, or big life changes can leave us feeling as though we've lost a part of ourselves. You might even hear yourself saying, "I just don't feel like me anymore" or "What the f**k is missing cos something sure ain't right".
In shamanism, it's believed that a part of our soul can step away to protect us during those difficult times. Soul Retrieval is a beautiful, gentle healing where I work on your behalf to invite those parts home, helping you reconnect with yourself and remember the wholeness that's always been within you.
As part of my training, I need to complete a number of volunteer sessions. The only thing I ask in return is that you're happy to give me honest feedback afterwards, as that's a requirement of my course.

Well.....
I have been quiet for some very good reasons recently. I am just back from an incredibly deep, life changing retreat and am still reintegrating back into muggle life.
I will be sharing more shortly but for now here's an update of what's been happening in the studio.

It was great to finally get back in there and lay down some dots, but those that know me, know that doing the same thing twice is not something I do. So 12 times really did test me 🤣
But, these gifts were for the most incredible, beautiful, heart-led women I am lucky enough to call sisters 🩵

What's this! Yes I'm back in the studio as I have a rather daunting project to work on, but I can't tell you anything about it. Yet.
I know it's been a while since you heard form me but I'll be popping on soon to let you know what's been going on behind the scenes.

Finally got around to getting some resin on this beauty. Now, anyone that knows me knows that resin and I have a very tenuous relationship to say the least. This latest date we had together just compounded that fact. Erin Ridley - Espressoly 4 You I seriously need you as my neighbour, at this point I'm thinking the shipping costs would be worth every penny as it would definitely save my sanity 🤣🤣🤣

P.s I know i haven't been in the studio for a while. I promise there is a very good reason for that. I will do a video soon and let you all in on what's been going on 😉😉😉

All set up at the new shop ready for the grand opening on Saturday. Big thanks for all the hard work from Helen and the team at 🩵 excited for this new chapter with some amazing artists and crafters.
