Just a heads up as the weather changes & the winter colds begin

Please if you're feeling unwell, showing any signs of cold or viral infection , tummy bugs etc please ring ahead & change your appointment date 🙏

I have immediate family members with chronic illness & compromised immune systems...

For them its far more than a cold / tummy bug its a hospital stay.

If you do arrive for your appointment unwell, whilst I always have sanitiser & face masks on hand you may be asked to leave and re book.

This also applies to my home visits, even you're not ill yourself but have a house hold member who is.... please ring / message ahead so I can re schedule.

Thankyou for your compliance & understanding in this important matter for us.

All that said , top up on those vits, drink plenty of fluids & stay well 🩷
