I love seeing all the details come together on the day, it will always be one of my favourite things about being a wedding florist. ⁠

Every arrangement starts life as buckets of flowers that have been carefully prepped and conditioned in the studio, before being transported to the venue. Then it’s time for my favourite part - bringing my couple’s floral vision to life, exactly as they imagined it. ⁠

I'm the one you'll chat to about your wedding flowers, the one you'll enquire with and who you'll have your consultation with, and I'll always be the one designing and planning every little floral detail with so much love and care. ⁠

But your wedding day itself is a team effort, so as it gets busy again, I just wanted to take a second to show some appreciation for the amazing team of florists who support me behind the scenes.⁠

I adored the colour palette Kate and Henry chose for their wedding florals so much that it simply has to have a spot on the grid. ⁠

The studio felt so full of joy whilst creating these bouquets for Kate and her bridal party. I just loved bringing together all those bright pinks and vibrant oranges using sweet peas, roses, butterfly ranunculus, spray roses and campanula, with delicate touches of larkspur, jasmine, delphiniums and astilbe throughout. ⁠

All those gorgeous pops of colour coming together to bring so much warmth and happiness to the day. Just beautiful. 🩷

So in love with this floral staircase we created for Daisy and Dan’s beautiful day at Eastington Park. 🤍⁠

Soft blush pink and creamy white roses paired with plenty of fresh greenery and candlelight gave everything such a romantic, elegant feel.⁠
I loved that I managed to capture a quick photo of Daisy’s bridesmaids walking down the staircase together. Always such a magical moment and one your loved ones will always remember.⁠ ✨⁠

A mirror might seem like an unusual thing to find in a florist’s studio, but I actually use it for every single bridal bouquet I create.⁠

The moment you walk into the ceremony room is one of the most magical of your wedding day, which is why it's 𝘴𝘰 important to me that your flowers are just right. ⁠
⁠
I’ll stand in front of the mirror whilst I’m creating your wedding bouquet so I can see exactly how it will look when you’re holding it. I want to check how it falls and how the flowers and colours and textures come together, so that when you walk down the aisle, everything is completely picture perfect. ⁠

This approach was used for Sarah's bouquet for her wedding to Phill last year. A timeless, all white design with soft movement and beautiful texture throughout. Proof that a white wedding never goes out of style. 🤍

One of my favourite ways to make a real statement with your wedding flowers 🤍⁠

There’s something so luxurious about an overflowing urn of beautiful blooms and delicate foliage; they always give me that 'wow' factor when I've finished the overall design.⁠
⁠
And I love how versatile they are too. Urn arrangements on a pillar are always perfect for framing the end of your aisle, welcoming guests at the entrance, or placing anywhere you want to make a focal point.

A few of my favourite things about Georgia and Jonny’s big day last month... there’s a lot to love about this wedding at Coombe Lodge and definitely one to save if you’re getting married in the spring. I just adore the colour scheme they chose. 🌼⁠
