“WOW! So much excitement since we announced our Limited Edition 60th Anniversary Doll, thank you from all at Pedigree. We’d like to address some of your questions here:
• Quality & Specifications: The 60th Anniversary Doll is based on the same specifications that the 2020 Collectors Range had, including the high-quality outfit, accessories and presentation box, making this a very special Anniversary Doll
• The Body: This Anniversary Doll will use the same body and sculpt from the 2020 Collectors Range, with some improvements that have been made since 2020, including a more ridged neck joint to minimise looseness of the head, more ridged knee joints as well as adding ankle joints to make her more poseable. These improvements were not on the 2020 Collector's Range.
• Rooted Eyelashes: The only other difference between the 2020 Collectors Range and the Anniversary Doll is the rooted eyelashes. This was something we absolutely wanted included on the 60th Anniversary Doll, however Kid Kreations used a separate factory for rooting eyelashes as this is a specialist process that not many factories can do. Unfortunately, the factory they used has since closed down and no other alternative is available, so regrettably we cannot include rooted eyelashes on the new 60th Anniversary Doll this time.
• Quantity: We are producing a limited volume of the Anniversary Doll, which will be 1,963 dolls.
• Shipping: We are investigating the logistics and costs for worldwide shipping and will update you when we have more information.
• Pre-Order Link: Finally, we are still testing the pre-order payment link to make sure they are no ‘glitches’ for you all when you order. We obviously want to make it as easy and secure to use as possible. Please continue to watch out for the ‘Go Live Date’ announcement on our social media pages.
