✨ A Huge Thank You From Sabden Collective! ✨

What an incredible Christmas Market weekend we’ve just had — and all in torrential rain! 🌧️🎄 Despite the weather pouring down all day, our amazing community showed true Northern grit and made it a fantastic event. We honestly couldn’t be prouder. ❤️

A massive thank you to everyone who made it possible:

🎅 Special thanks to Sarah Wright, the driving force behind the markets!
⚡ ICS Live for sorting all the lighting, stage, sound, electrics, Santa's Grotto, and keeping everything running smoothly — with special thanks to Simon, our sound guy!
🛍️ Stall holders — thank you for your donations, for staying all day in tough weather, and for bringing so much festive cheer.
🎶 Our brilliant musicians, performers, and the Sabden Community Choir.
🙏 All our wonderful volunteers who gave their time and energy, with special thanks to Bob Wright and Jeff Capstick for keeping everyone organised!

Despite the weather, the turnout was incredible — a true testament to the spirit of Sabden. We can’t wait for the next one! 🌟

Well it’s been a long hard day setting up in this weather, but we will not be defeated! See you all tomorrow, rain or shine! ☀️🌦️🌨️

Thank you so much to all the amazing volunteers who braved the elements & to Derbs at Castle Sheet Metal for saving the day when our gazebos caved in!

A special thanks as always to our star of the day, Bob, we couldn’t do it without you! ⭐️

And we can’t forget La Bella Mozzarella for feeding us when we were tired, cold and hungry!! Thank you 🙏

🎄Sabden Christmas Market is this weekend!🎄

Come and enjoy amazing stalls, delicious food and drink, festive bars, live music, Santa’s Grotto, real elves, and plenty of fun for the kids!

This wonderful community event is made possible thanks to our volunteers, musicians, and organisers who all give their time for free, as well as the local businesses who donate and support the event. It’s a great way to support local suppliers and businesses while putting funds back into Sabden for future free events and local groups. ❤️

Rain or shine, let’s make it a festive weekend for Sabden! ✨
