A very happy customer with his original painting of former Clovelly lifeboat the William Cantrell Ashley which was stationed in Clovelly from 1949 to 1968. Launched 38 times and saving 24 lives. There are some residents in the village that were actually stationed on this amazing boat. Limited edition prints will be available soon.

Well that was a busy August. We are now closed on Fridays from 1st September.

Why Friday you ask? Well it’s the day that holiday cottages in the area normally change guests so it’s always a quiet day on the cobbles.

We’d like to say a big thank you to all of our lovely customers who have bought from us over this exceptionally hot summer! Thanks so much for supporting our tiny business.

And in particular a thank you to all of our overseas visitors who have taken our work far and wide all over the world.
