20's Plenty for East Lothian 20's Plenty for East Lothian is part of the UK campaign for a default 20mph speed limit on residential streets.

Our aim is to have 20mph speed limits where people live, work, shop, play and go to schools unless there is a reason that an area should be 30mph.
