One of my absolute favourite parts of this business? Supporting the women in my team as they grow. 💛

Today’s Zoom was with one of my lovely team members who’s working towards becoming a Team Leader herself, and honestly… this is the magic for me.

Yes, I love sharing books. Yes, I love helping schools.
But watching someone build their confidence, grow their own business, dream bigger, and knowing I get to support them every step of the way? That’s incredibly special. ✨

This business was never just about sales for me, it’s about people. It’s about mentorship, encouragement, sharing what I’ve learned, and helping other women create something that works for their life too.

From first steps to leadership goals, they never do it alone. 🤝

Seeing my team grow is such a reminder that when women are supported properly, amazing things happen. 🌱

So proud of every step she’s taking, and so grateful that this gets to be part of what I do. 💜

World Book Day magic at this gorgeous little school… and just LOOK at what they achieved. 📚✨

These are just SOME of the free books the children received from their book fair, proof that you absolutely do not need to be a huge school to make a huge impact.

This school may have been small, but their community showed up in a big way, and now even more books are heading into children’s hands. ❤️

Such a lovely reminder that every school, no matter its size, can create something really special for its children.

Things I keep being told…

“It doesn’t work.”
“My friend didn’t earn anything.”
“It sounds like a pyramid scheme.”

And I get it, I probably would’ve thought the same once. But for me? It’s matched my teaching salary, it fits around school runs and real life and it’s grown in a way I genuinely didn’t expect. It’s not for everyone but it’s also not what people think.

Now when people say “it doesn’t work”…I just kind of smile, because it absolutely does. 💕📚

A school event… on a Sunday… and not a single Sunday scaries in sight 😅

If you know, you know, teachers I’m looking at you! Today was Eff’s spring fair and Easter bonnet parade and I was fully there. No clock watching or that sinking “back to work tomorrow” feeling. No head somewhere else. Just me, watching a parade of slightly wonky, very proud, handmade bonnets… and soaking it all in.

And it hit me…This didn’t used to be my normal.

Sundays used to feel heavy and rushed, only half enjoying things because my brain was already in Monday.

Today felt light, exactly how it should feel. It’s is why I do what I do. Not for more stuff but for moments like that and being there properly. Because the little things? They’re actually the big things.
