Join The Friends of Cressing Temple for Apple Day this Sunday, 8 October.

Taking place from 11.00am to 4.00pm, come along and have a go at apple juicing with a traditional press, learn from apple experts and identify your own apple varieties. You can also learn more about the orchards at Cressing Temple Barns and how to care for your fruit trees. 🌳

On the day you can expect : beekeeping, Medieval re-enactors, children’s activities, plant sales, willow craft, homemade cakes and so much more! 🐝🗡️🍰

Entry costs £3.00 for adults and free for under-18’s.

I have just started restocking my Etsy shop with some new hand made vintage inspired buntings. More buntings on the way....

Handmade mini vintage inspired bunting. My buntings are lovingly made using fabric offcuts and held together with a delicate cotton lace trim. It is 1m long lace with 10 mini fabric flags in a mix of vintage style florals, ginghams and polka dots. Each pennant is aprox 7cm deep and neatly double

National Day of Reflection
Today is 1 year on from the first national lockdown. Wow what a year! 😳 😔 Please reflect on all the lives lost in the last year with a minute’s silence today at noon. I will also be lighting a candle 🕯 this evening as a ‘beacon of Remembrance’
