Navy bridesmaids, with the sweetest little pastel blue twist.

It was such a pleasure making these dresses for my good friend Lisa and her gorgeous bridal party. The adult bridesmaids wore a chic navy, with each dress made to create a beautifully coordinated look while flattering the girls wearing them.

For the two younger bridesmaids, we chose a softer pastel blue and age-appropriate styles. They complemented the navy perfectly while still letting the younger girls look and feel like themselves.

That’s one of the things I love most about bespoke bridesmaid dresses — your bridal party doesn’t have to fit into one off-the-rail style. We can adapt colours, shapes and details to suit different ages, figures and personalities while keeping everything looking beautifully cohesive.

Bridesmaid shopping, but make it bespoke ✂️

Last Saturday, bride-to-be Gemma brought three of her girls into the studio to start the search for their perfect bridesmaid dresses.

They each tried on a few different samples to work out which shape and style they felt best in — because matching bridesmaids definitely doesn’t have to mean matching dresses. The aim is for every girl to feel amazing in hers.

Once we’d nailed the styles, Gemma had one final decision to make… Bottle Green or Electric Blue? 💚💙

She couldn’t quite picture which way to go, so we called in some help from good old ChatGPT to show her how the chosen styles could look on the girls in both colours.
