Help me prep some books for my 'look for a book' hunt!

I have been a very busy lady prepping over 150 books that have been sponsored by amazing local businesses, for children to find, read and keep this summer ☀️

That's books into children's hands and into family homes in the most memorable way ❤️ a great way to keep that spark alive of reading during the summer holidays and our way of making an impact of the stat that 1 in 10 children don't own their own book.

There will be lots of books dotted around Colchester and surrounding areas this summer. Keep your eyes peeled on announcements and I'll be posting clues to my stories and saving onto highlights. If you find a book please tag me and the lovely business that has sponsored your book!

People often ask me why I joined Usborne.

The answer is actually really simple...

I've always loved children's books ❤️

Reading with my children has always been something special, and I wanted to build a collection of books we'd treasure for years to come.

When I discovered I could grow our bookshelf while earning a little extra by sharing books I genuinely love, it felt like the perfect fit!

I wasn't looking for another job.

I was looking for something that fitted around family life, gave me the chance to do something I enjoyed, and helped us build a home full of stories.

Looking back, saying yes to Usborne is one of the best decisions I've made.

Along with building my children's bookshelf I've also gained SO much confidence, been surrounded by an amazing book-loving community, extra income to treat my children and the flexibility!

It all started with a love of books 📚

📚 Summer Book Hunt 📚

With 1 in 10 children not owning their own book, this summer book hunt is hoping to change that, one book at a time! During the summer holidays reading progression also massively declines.

With the help of some amazing businesses who have sponsored books to be hidden around Colchester and surrounding areas, for children to find, enjoy and keep!

I'll be posting clues on social media so keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks. If you do find a book please tag myself and the lovely business who has sponsored the book!

A great way to get outdoors and keep that love of reading alive during the summer holidays!
