Hello, we're delighted to say we are going to be part of Colchester Invasion. So this Saturday come and find us on High Street just outside Superdrug from 10am till 3pm. We will serve chimney cakes and langos all day 😉🥰

❤️ TOMORROW, HAVE AN AMAZING DAY — AND HELP US MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Tomorrow, Colchester City Centre will be filled with superheroes, Stormtroopers, Ghostbusters, famous cars, music, wrestling, special guests and thousands of smiling faces.

Invasion Colchester is completely free to enjoy.

But behind all the costumes, characters and entertainment is the reason we do this every year:

❤️ To raise money for charities that make a real difference to people's lives.

This year, Invasion Colchester is proudly supporting:

💚 St Helena Hospice — providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care and support to local people and their families.

💙 Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity — helping provide additional equipment, facilities and support to improve the experience of patients, families and NHS staff at our local hospitals.

💚 Mind (Mid & North East Essex) — providing vital mental health support and helping people in our local communities when they need it.

These organisations touch the lives of thousands of local people and families — including, very likely, people you know.

That's why tomorrow we're asking everyone enjoying Invasion to please donate if you can.

🪣 Our volunteers will be around the city centre with collection buckets.

💳 We'll also have card readers, so you can donate even if you don't carry cash.

It doesn't have to be a huge amount. When thousands of people come together, small donations can add up to something extraordinary.

So meet your heroes. Take the selfies. Cheer on the wrestlers. Dance to the music. Explore the city and have a fantastic day.
