It has been a week on annual leave for me, We have been busy in the Fairy Factory (Newly named by a work colleague). Here are 2 piles of Work in Progress, some completed Bowl Cosies, Various sizes of aprons and some Key Fob Wristlets all ready to go on to the website. Looks we going to be a busy fairies this weekend! x

ON EVERY TOPIC YOU FIND ME.

On every topic you find me,
The pen in hand and all;
Just seeking words of wisdom
Whenever they will call -
For such good words are pleasant
For every man to hear;
And everyone will challenge
The words as they appear...

Yes, on every new occasion
These words will come to me;
As something that we treasure
For all that they may be -
And every man will find them
To be a simple pleasure;
That they could do with daily
In such a good measure...

On every topic you find me,
I say to you again;
With words that bring joy back to life,
It can't be put more plain -
For such are what we all be needing
In every way today;
And that's the same with all of us,
No matter what we say...

So, on every topic you find me,
The pen in hand and all;
Just writing down the words that come
That make us feel so tall -
For every word that is written
Will bear much peace in mind;
With thoughts of love that bring their joy
To every living kind.

WHEN TIME IS NOT A FRIEND OF YOURS.

When time is not a friend of yours
On any day or night;
It may well be because of chores
That you find no delight -
But at your journey's end I know
You will be strong and true;
Because of all that life did show
To each and all of you...

For time is not a sign to say
That it can't turn out good;
For through it all you saw the way
To do the best you could -
And there are not more things to do
Than what can just be done;
And that's the way it is with you
Who has it all be won...

We make the paths we tread in life,
And then we walk their way;
Through every kind of daunting strife
On any kind of day -
And in what time we have on hand,
We do the best we can;
Though we may never understand
How it all went to plan...

So think on this when time runs out,
And you have done your best;
And the next path that comes about
Will see you be more blest -
For time will not be one to say
That you should not do well;
Nor should it hold you to its way
On any path you dwell.
