ADVENT UPDATE

I am really sorry to all who have ordered fidget calendars. The wholesaler I used has done nothing but mess all their customers around and promising different dates for delivery and have now decided none of us will be receiving the calendars or a refund. I understand this is frustrating and upsetting for all my customers as i to feel that way.

As many know im a busy mum to 4 kids and have only recently started up my own business so something like this has had a massive effect. I really hope you all understand that this was out of my hands and hopefully this doesn't destroy my business like it has done to many others.

I know ive been promising they would arrive on so many dates but I was only relaying the dates I was given. Ive attached screenshots to prove that what I am saying is true.

I am myself massively out of pocket and currently seeking advice on what options I have. I will be in touch with each individual customer over the next few days to arrange refunds but please bare with me while i try and sort out this mess they have caused.

I truly am sorry to all effected customers.

Just a little update -

All pompom hats arrived yesterday so will make a start today and hopefully get them finished by the end of today.

Advent calendars are due Monday/Tuesday 🤞
They're has been a massive wait for these as was due weeks ago but due to customs has taken longer.

All the rest of the Christmas stuff has come and will make a start on them as soon as iv finished the pompom hats.
