🔥 HOT SMOKED CHICKEN- MADE WITH CADAC BBQ 🔥

Soak your woodchips ready for smoking.

Pre-heat the BBQ for 3-4 minutes on a low-medium heat.

Mix the dry ingredients together. Rub a little oil all over the chicken then add the rub, massage to coat all over.

Add the soaked woodchips to the smoker box and place this along with the chicken on to the BBQ. Cook with the lid on, on a low heat setting for 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked throughout.
