Last in, first out! As soon as I saw this gorgeous fabric at Yarndale this year, I knew I had to have it, along with the matching mini skein I spotted!

This beautiful fabric inspired my first Stash To Sparkle project, and I can’t wait to share it with you all.

I went through my stash for the best colours to go with it, and the results are stunning 🥰 and I still have enough left to make something else too, which is brilliant!

Every project in our Stash To Sparkle blog hop has been designed by myself and Carmen Carmen - Ireland, so you can be sure they’ll be easy to follow and make. No AI pattern slop here.

Between us we have around 36 years of pattern writing experience, and dare I say, around 100 years of crochet experience. We’ve been around much longer than AI that’s for sure 😂

Happy Monday, yarn lovers! 🧶

Well, I had a bit of a surprise yesterday. I sold quite a bit of yarn on Vinted! Before I’d even finished listing all the bundles, I was seeing ‘sold’ messages 🎉

Which, of course, inspired me to go hunting through my stash to find more to sell 😂

It’s funny how clearing a little space can suddenly make you look at your stash differently.

Some yarn is definitely ready to find a new home, whereas other balls are just waiting for the right project, or enough time!

And let’s be honest, there’s always more yarn hiding somewhere, isn’t there? I found yarn behind yarn yesterday 🙈

Today’s the day for my Framed Daisy for Debbie | Granny Squares Rock 2026 Granny Stitch Sampler Blanket.

This 12-inch square brings together two of my favourite techniques in one beautiful design – the classic daisy motif and the bold granny block stitch. The daisy sits at the center, framed by alternating rounds of granny clusters and single crochet, to build a colorful, structured border.
