🧡If we all say we love small businesses, we have to remember to shop with them too🧡

I shop with the big retailers too, and there's absolutely a place for them. But when an email lands in my inbox advertising products that are identical to those stocked by my independent business— at a vastly different price—it really highlights the challenges small businesses face. People turn to the big retailer assuming it’s the best price, cos they can buy in bulk, when that’s not always the case.

Behind every local shop is a real person working long hours, supporting other local suppliers, sponsoring community events & teams, and genuinely caring about their customers.

When you choose to shop local, you're not just buying a product — you're helping families, supporting dreams, and keeping our high streets and communities thriving. 🌟

Every purchase, no matter how small, makes a difference.

You may have seen this or similar posts shared a few times. I know I have. But it’s true.

Small businesses have to really flight now on social media to get the reach. It’s a whole science and without that reach it can be a struggle securing new clients and business.

It takes a fraction of a second to hit the like button, slightly longer to comment and share but the impact that has for a small business is absolutely huge. That second you take means everything.

Molly Mae is extremely clever young woman who has worked hard for her immense success. Good for her. She deserves to do well.

If you do have a second when your scrolling don’t just like the celebrities or the influencers help a small business along with a like or even a comment. Your help will never go unappreciated.
