Long post warning.
So, I’ve been away from the world for over 6 mths and the last year has been a rollercoaster. We’ve had a wedding, and a birth for one part of the family!
A move from one end of the country to the other for me and health matters to deal with.
Another part of us has been half way round the world twice and came back and passed her driving test.
Son started a new job and loves it and also moved home but not as far.
Unfortunately my eldest broke her arm on holiday and has required surgery to try and put all the bits back together again 😟.
But through it all I’ve had my crochet to keep me sane (or as sane as I can be)😂

Omg 😬 look at this wonderful yarn 😍 by I’m so in love with it. Afraid I’m getting addicted to her yarns….. Oops ….this is the Aran nep in Toadstool and Slasher flavours. This Nep yarn certainly adds another dimension to the yarn choice. It’s so soft too🥰.

Back to my roots with this one, using worsted yarn. Tbh I love working with thicker yarns for amigurumi and plushies. Hoping to get back into the swing of things after the chaos that is house moving, now have half my stash here and half is over 400 miles away. Pattern is by , eyes are by and yarn is lion brand Landscapes.

It’s not very often I post a picture of myself, in fact I never have on Instagram but thought I should make an effort. The beauty to my right is my youngest and we were on the train bound for a weekend in London with some more family. Sorry I’ve been so quiet, in the middle of trying to pack my craft room away as I am moving house, so not much hooking going on 😟…. Be glad when it’s all over and I can find my yarn and hooks again.

Oh my! Aren’t these two just adorable? 🥰 HOTH tonight and the reason I’m so late posting. Hopefully can get better pictures tomorrow weather permitting. This wonderful pattern was written by is easy to follow with clear instructions. Tomorrow I intend stepping away from plushies for the day to create something practical for myself ( shall see how that turns out 😂)

My little flower lady has a little gift for you 🥰 she likes handing out gifts to passers by. Am so pleased with how she turned out, such a cutie.
Pattern is by “ Flower Friends” and has so many options to personalise your own friend with quick and easy instructions. Yarn is King Cole Yummy and Wolans Baby Bunny. Eyes as ever by the amazing “Unicorn Tears” flavour.

My first creation of a pattern of sorts 😂. I created this pattern a few years back now and used to make all different types of my pocket monsters out of my scraps of yarn to leave in random places for people to find and hopefully brighten their day a little 😊🥰
