We started loading the last van for the Yorkshire Wartime show this morning.

The team is planning to leave at 10 am today, so you have time to place that last-minute order to collect at the show.

The plan is to arrive this afternoon, assemble the stall today and be ready to trade on Friday morning.

Who is ready for the Yorkshire show this weekend?

We are finishing off the last of the cases; all the clothing is packed, and the Denix's are ready. We still need to pick a few things, like the special orders and load everything into the vans.

If you do need anything, let us know before Wednesday night so we can make sure we can load it onto the vans.

We had a visit from the police yesterday. A very interesting talk with 3 customers in the shop on Friday who popped in with their 1960's Met Police car. They will be at the 1960's event in Llangollen this weekend if you want a closer look at the car.

We have 4 shows in August and September.
7th to 9th August: Yorkshire Wartime.
29th to 31st August: Military Odyssey.
4th to 6th September: The Victory Show.
11th to 13th September: We Have Ways Festival.

Another shipment of the 1940's denim jeans has just arrived.
The first batch sold out quickly, partially due to a Netflix production purchasing quite a few pairs.
These are a replica of the US Navy Deck jeans from WW2, which are based on the American denim work jeans of the 1930's and 1940's made by Kay Canvas.

Correct classic 1940's vintage style denim jeans like a high-waisted waistband, tabs with a metal cinch buckle on the back, copper rivets, and red selvedge denim.

We have sizes from a 30" waist to 44" waist.

Just arrived: a new delivery of the 1940's white T-shirts.

This is an accurate replica of the vintage 1940's US military tee shirt. These are not like modern T-shirts, as they have the correct overlocked stitching on the seams and the WW2 t shirts where thinner than today's T-shirts.

All sizes are back in stock from 38" to 46" chest.

We have a couple of items for sale in the shop that are not easy to ship in the post, so they are not on the website. If anyone is interested, we can bring them to the Capel Military Show this weekend.

Some of the new items that have arrived recently and will be on the stall at the Capel Military Show this weekend. If you are going, call into the stall and have a look at what we have for sale.

British KD, Khaki Drill, smocks. Two styles: the classic half-opening-over-the-head design and one with a full zip front closure.

Airborne Division hoody with WW2 battle honours on the back.

SAS hoody and T-shirts with WW2 tour dates on the back.

R.S.R. Raiding Support Regiment berets and badges.

The vans will be leaving Wednesday night.
